What they knew about training pilots inspired us to create the Saab Aero Academy, a two-day performance-driving program for driving enthusiasts.

Since 1999, more than 1,100 Saab owners have attended Aero Academy at Road Atlanta in Georgia, and have taken the opportunity to test their driving skills, earn their wings, and have a whole lot of fun in the process.

Bring a guest to Aero Academy and make it a vacation. Stay at the luxurious Chateau Elan Winery and Resort and take advantage of the award-winning winery, spa, and golf courses. And have an exhilarating trip.

*Program has a cost of $1,495 per person. With the purchase of a new 2008 Saab, owners will receive a $1000 stipend to use toward program admittance. Participant must also provide for their own transportation to Road Atlanta, as well as hotel accommodations, meals, and all other activities, including but not limited to, golf and spa services. There is a limit of one discount certificate per vehicle.



My name is Nancy Lynn. Last October 16, you assisted me in getting my grandson, Anthony Henry, into the Saab Academy in my place. Since we had given him our 9-3 Convertible as a high school graduation gift.

First, I want to say what a wonderful experience it was and how much we both totally enjoyed the entire two days.

But more important, I want to tell you how it saved his life.

Two weeks ago on a Saturday night he and his girlfriend were driving down Gordon Highway in Augusta when a car came around a corner less than a car length away on that one way 4 lane straight at him full speed. He swerved and then slammed on the brackets just as he had been taught at the Aero Academy.
Anthony said "Grandma, there was no time to react. Had I not been through that lane-switching exercise at that driving school I know we would have had head on collision."


I wanted to thank you for allowing him to attend that wonderful 2 day school, and now he is applying at the Saab dealer for a summer job there in Augusta. We are all very grateful for the class you could have refused to allow him to take.
